The terms, in plain words

Promote honestly. Don't say anything about the product that isn't true.
Say you're an affiliate when you share your link — most countries require it, and it's the decent thing to do.
No spam, no paid ads on the store owner's brand name, no cookie stuffing.
Commission is earned on money that stays paid. Refunded and disputed sales are taken back off your balance.
The store owner can pause your account and cancel commission from anything that looks like fraud.

Your link is credited by a cookie in the buyer's browser. If someone clicks on their phone and buys on their laptop, there's nothing to credit — that's true of every affiliate link, not just this one.
